Accessibility Statement

Last Updated: 5 February 2026

1. Our Commitment

At DellonVille Global Associates, our mission is to develop leaders who communicate with clarity, confidence, and purpose. We believe that effective communication and leadership development must be accessible to everyone. We are committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities and providing an inclusive experience for all clients and visitors to our website and services.

We are actively working to improve the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards.

2. Conformance Status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.

We view accessibility as an ongoing journey. Our website is regularly tested and evaluated using a combination of automated tools and manual review to identify and fix potential accessibility barriers.

3. Measures We Are Taking

To fulfil our commitment, we are taking the following steps:

  • Design & Development: Incorporating accessibility best practices into our website design and development process, including semantic HTML, sufficient colour contrast, and keyboard navigability.

  • Content: Striving to create clear, simple content that is easy to understand. We are working to provide text alternatives (alt text) for meaningful images and ensuring our site is adaptable.

  • Training: Educating our team on the importance of digital accessibility and how to create accessible content.

  • Physical Services: For in-person workshops and speaking engagements, we commit to working with venue partners to ensure physical accessibility where possible and to accommodating specific needs upon request.

4. Known Limitations and Alternatives

Despite our best efforts, some areas of our website may have limitations. We are aware of the following and are working to improve them:

  • Third-Party Content: Some content on our site, such as embedded videos from platforms like Vimeo or YouTube, may not yet be fully optimised for accessibility. We seek to source accessible media and encourage platforms to improve their features.

  • Older Documents: Some legacy PDF resources may not be fully tagged for screen readers. We are working to update these or provide accessible alternatives upon request.

If you encounter an issue with any content, please contact us using the details below, and we will make all reasonable efforts to provide the information you need in an accessible format.

5. Feedback and Contact

Your experience is important to us. We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of our website and services. If you encountered any barriers, or if you require assistance with any part of our site or need an accommodation to participate in our programmes, please let us know.

Contact our Accessibility Lead:
